Waireka Polo School, New Zealand

Roddy Wood takes much enjoyment from coaching, helping up and coming players improve their game and horsemanship. He has long been worried about the small numbers of young New Zealanders taking up the sport. To this end, he can be found coaching school-age polo players three afternoons a week at Waireka.
He wants to encourage as many players to start playing and Waireka offers a great facility to do this.
